Our Vision
In a society that is increasingly focused on the individual and performance, we want to move towards collective resilience. We believe this can be achieved by creating an environment where people can discover and express themselves and others, all from a place of curiosity. At To Gather Festival, we practice such a society.
Filling a blank canvas
For five days, we'll gather with a group of up to 70 people. A group that isn't yet a group, doesn't yet have its own culture with embedded values and norms, where anything can still emerge. A blank canvas. But over the course of those five days, that canvas will slowly be colored, with each person adding their own touch.
Carrying together, creating together
We're not there to consume, but to participate and carry the festival together. Because when we all experience ownership, we create a resilient environment in which we care for ourselves, others, and the world around us. 🌍🪶
More than just a festival
To Gather is a festival in which we play, dance, meet new people, chill in the sun, unwind, and do absolutely nothing for a while. And it is more than that. It is a collective research into how we can create an alternative, more resilient society. We practice that together, not only during those 5 days of festival, but within our year-round community.
